TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective date: October 24, 2026
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the WOLF HOUSE website. They are a draft for review, are not attorney-approved legal advice, and do not replace a written agreement for a paid project.
1. WEBSITE USE
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse its content, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and other original materials are protected to the extent permitted by law. Access to the website does not give permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use those materials without appropriate permission.
3. PROJECT INQUIRIES
Submitting an inquiry is only a request to discuss a possible project. It does not create a client relationship, confirm a booking, or guarantee that WOLF HOUSE will accept the project.
4. PROJECT AGREEMENTS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Project scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, deposits, revisions, usage rights, ownership, raw footage, delivery, cancellations, rescheduling, and other production terms should be confirmed in a written proposal, estimate, or separate client agreement before work begins. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and, where applicable, obtaining permissions for materials, locations, people, trademarks, music, and other assets they supply or request WOLF HOUSE to use. This does not transfer responsibilities that WOLF HOUSE is legally required to handle.
5. PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Any deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, refund terms, late-payment terms, and related conditions will be agreed in writing before a project begins and will remain subject to the applicable client agreement and law. No payment or refund policy is created by these website terms alone.
6. COMPLETED WORK, RAW FOOTAGE, AND PORTFOLIO USE
Ownership, licenses, usage rights, delivery of raw footage, and any transfer of rights for completed work will be established in the applicable written client agreement, subject to applicable law. Portfolio, website, and promotional use of client work will also depend on that agreement, required permissions, confidentiality obligations, and applicable law.
7. REVISIONS, DELAYS, AND RESCHEDULING
Project-specific revision processes, delivery expectations, delays, cancellations, and rescheduling arrangements should be documented in the applicable written client agreement. These Terms do not promise a particular result, delivery date, or revision limit.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
External websites and third-party services are not necessarily controlled by WOLF HOUSE. Their content, availability, and practices may be governed by their own terms and policies.
9. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled as described in the WOLF HOUSE Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND LIABILITY
WOLF HOUSE aims to keep the website useful and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, WOLF HOUSE is not responsible for losses arising from a visitor’s misuse of the website or reliance on information that is incomplete, outdated, or not intended as project advice.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law, including Georgia law where appropriate. No specific county, court, arbitration process, or exclusive venue is established by these website Terms. Any dispute terms for a paid project should be addressed in the applicable written client agreement.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WOLF HOUSE may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above. Updates do not override an existing signed client agreement or applicable law.
